1. Agreement to Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using https://www.thenyclifecoach.com (the “Site”), operated by The NYC Life Coach (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site in any manner—including browsing, booking services, or submitting information—you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, proprietary methodologies, and coaching frameworks, is the exclusive property of The NYC Life Coach and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict the rights of others.

Unauthorized use of this Site may result in legal action.

4. Coaching Services Disclaimer

The NYC Life Coach provides life, career, executive, and leadership coaching services. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:

  • Coaching results are not guaranteed

  • Outcomes depend on your commitment, decisions, and actions

  • You are solely responsible for your results and implementation

5. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full or via an agreed-upon payment structure prior to the start of services.

By completing a purchase, you authorize The NYC Life Coach to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. No Refund Policy

All payments made to The NYC Life Coach are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of coaching services, time, access, and intellectual property provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Perceived lack of results

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (24-Hour Notice Required)

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and charged in full

  • Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled

  • Repeated late cancellations may result in termination of services

8. Coaching Program Terms

By enrolling in any coaching program, including but not limited to private coaching, leadership intensives, or structured programs (e.g., 90-Day Blueprints), you agree to the following:

  • Sessions must be used within the agreed program timeframe unless otherwise approved

  • Access to the coach, materials, and support is limited to the duration and scope of the purchased program

  • Coaching is a high-level, results-driven process that requires active participation

  • Failure to engage, complete assignments, or attend sessions does not warrant refunds or extensions

The NYC Life Coach reserves the right to determine program structure, delivery format, and scope of support.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with The NYC Life Coach.

Any unauthorized chargeback will be considered a breach of this Agreement, and we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services immediately

  • Recover all fees, including administrative and legal costs associated with the dispute

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or inappropriate conduct.

All provisions that should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability—shall remain in effect.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The NYC Life Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The NYC Life Coach from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Site or services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
